East Bay Center for Dental Excellence provides prosthodontic and implant dental services, including EverArch full-arch implants, at our office located at 1960 E Bay Dr, Largo, Florida 33771. Scheduling a consultation or submitting a form does not guarantee an appointment or any specific treatment outcome. All care is subject to clinical assessment by Dr. Sam Tadros or a designated provider.

East Bay Center for Dental Excellence operates an SMS messaging program to send patients appointment reminders, confirmations, care instructions, and promotional communications. Messages are sent via A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC registered numbers in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
Message frequency: Approximately 2–6 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule and opted-in programs.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or difficulty scheduling future appointments.
